The short version: this website does not store your enquiry. Your details reach us only if you choose to send them in WhatsApp or tell us by phone.
What you share with us
The booking form asks for your dates, number of guests, room and view preferences, your name and any notes you choose to add. Please do not put payment details or identity document numbers in the form or in the notes.
When you submit the form, your browser prepares a message and opens WhatsApp. The form is not saved on our website. Nothing reaches us unless you tap send in WhatsApp, and you can edit or discard the message first.
How we use your details
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry, quote a rate, arrange your stay and contact you about it. When you stay with us, we also keep the guest records that the law requires hotels in India to keep, including identity details. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Who else is involved
This site links to third-party services that have their own privacy policies:
- WhatsApp, operated by Meta, carries any message you send us and sees your phone number.
- Google Maps and Google reviews open on Google's own sites when you follow those links.
- Netlify hosts this website, and may process standard technical data, such as your IP address, in server logs to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and photographs are served from our own site.
How long we keep your details
Enquiries remain in our WhatsApp and phone records for as long as they are useful for your booking and any later questions. Guest records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your choices

Changes to this policy
